Information Technology Buyer
- We are looking for an IT Buyer to join our client; The ideal candidate has experience in managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) stages. This role requires a deep understanding of IT procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to draft and manage contracts effectively. Function
- Manage the entire sourcing process from A to Z, including RFI, RFP, and vendor selection.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements
- Technical profile requirements
- Strong track record in managing the full sourcing process.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba is a very strong plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Non-Technical profile requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Methodology/Certification requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (economic) or equivalent by experience
- Language proficiencies
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Dutch is a plus. Offer
