Freelance Programme Manager | International Expansion & Integration | Brussels
We're supporting a leading financial services organisation on a high-impact transformation programme focused on international growth, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering the integration roadmap for new businesses and partnerships, working directly with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Role
As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational integration of acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget and timelines.
You'll work closely with senior business leaders, transformation teams, compliance, risk and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic integration roadmaps
- Lead complex transformation programmes from initiation through delivery
- Manage programme governance, reporting and steering committees
- Oversee business requirements, customer journeys and key programme deliverables
- Identify and manage dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, compliance, risk and operational teams
- Monitor programme performance, risks and mitigation plans
- Drive successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in Programme Management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programmes
- Experience managing acquisitions, integrations, partnerships or complex organisational change
- Strong governance, stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean and Prince2 methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project and reporting tools
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational data
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Personal Attributes

- Minimum 3 days per week onsite
- Freelance contract
- Initial contract until year-end with strong extension potential
