You will help each brand truly understand its guests, connect the dots across the portfolio, and turn those insights into greater experiences. In short: you use technology, data and AI to build better companies – and a better leisure experience. YOUR MISSION You will work at the intersection of business, technology and entrepreneurship. ·     Bridge business and technology – Speak the language of CEOs, management teams and developers — and turn ideas into concrete projects.
·     Spot opportunities for smarter operations – Identify processes that can be automated, improved or accelerated with better tools, data and AI.
·     Make companies AI-ready – Identify high-impact AI use cases and embed smart tools into daily operations.
·     Bring solutions to the table – Select the right platforms, providers and AI tools — and help implement them where they actually make a difference.
·     Build modern data foundations – Help set up data warehouses, integrations, BI environments and future-proof infrastructure.
·     Shape the portfolio-wide data strategy – Explore which data can be combined across companies to improve the leisure experience and create value for Alychlo as a holding.
·     Bring AI into Alychlo itself – Help us work smarter, faster and more data-driven as a team. WHO YOU ARE You are curious, sharp and hands-on. You like business as much as technology. You are not afraid of messy data, complex organizations or ambitious entrepreneurs. You probably have:
·    A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent.
·    3 to 8 years of experience in IT or data consulting, data engineering or digital transformation
·    Strong foundation in AI, data science, machine learning, or software engineering, with the ability to assess technical feasibility and limitations.
·    A solid grasp of data infrastructure (warehousing, integration, BI), hands-on with modern AI tools and pragmatic about applying them.
·    An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, think critically and work independently in a highly hands-on way – happy to be on site at our portfolio companies.
·    Strong communication skills and a structured way of working: as comfortable challenging a CEO as discussing architecture with a developer.
