This is a broad, hybrid role with both strategic depth and hands-on delivery.

What you'll do
### Process & Automation Analysis
- Analyze end-to-end business processes in the context of AI and automation
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Structure tasks and workflows into clear, actionable models
- Contribute to discovery workshops and automation roadmaps
- Translate business insights into concrete solution directions ### Solution Design & Contribution
- Map process improvements to the right technologies (Power Platform, AI, RPA, integrations, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers and AI specialists to shape scalable solutions
- Balance quick wins with longer-term architectural thinking
- Contribute actively during implementation phases
- You don’t just document processes: you help design what replaces them ### Coaching & Enablement
- Guide teams in adopting AI and automation tooling (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
- Support users in working effectively with newly built solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Help organizations grow their automation maturity
- This role is as much about enablement as it is about analysis. ## Who you are
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Experience in process analysis, business analysis or automation projects
- Affinity with AI and automation technologies
- Ability to move between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Workshop facilitation and communication skills
- A pragmatic mindset: you focus on impact, not theory ## Nice to have
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI
- Knowledge of RPA tooling
- Experience with digital transformation or process optimization trajectories ## What we’ll offer
