Lead Planner – Primavera P6 (M/F/X) agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport. Present in 13 European countries and established in Belgium since 2013, we collaborate with partners across the country — ensuring we can offer a project close to your home. As a Lead Planner , you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project planning activities from the early phases through to completion. You will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and milestones, identify potential delays or risks, and coordinate closely with project teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

- Develop and structure project schedules using Primavera P6, from project initiation through commissioning.
- Define project phases, activities, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
- Consolidate schedules from different disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor actual progress and analyze deviations against the baseline schedule.
- Identify schedule delays and risks, assess their impact and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor critical paths and critical activities.
- Establish and monitor baselines, milestones and planning KPIs.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare schedule reports and progress dashboards and present them to project teams and stakeholders.
- Perform schedule analysis, trend analysis, delay analysis and schedule forecasting.
- Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to resolving schedule-related issues.
- Ensure consistency between the schedule and engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning activities.

Your profile

- Engineering degree or higher technical qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience in industrial projects, EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure or engineering environments.
- Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, variance analysis and schedule control.
