Job Description
- Process and monitor domestic and international payments.
- Manage incoming client requests and internal inquiries via email and phone.
- Support administrative follow-up of banking operations and client files.
- Assist with Trade Finance and Guarantee-related transactions.
- Maintain and update client documentation and e-banking agreements.
- Perform reconciliations, operational controls, and account maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and KYC requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset (french big plus)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in administration, operations, banking support, or financial services is a plus. What's on Offer
