- Review and support the governance of the ISMS across office and industrial environments.
- Collaborate with ICT, business and operational stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable security requirements.
- Develop and improve security governance procedures and processes.
- Analyse and document requirements using relevant frameworks and standards, including NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443.
- Assess existing infrastructure and business systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct bottom-up research, diagnostics and impact analysis.
- Present practical recommendations that balance security, methodology and operational constraints. What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in ICT security and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and requirements-definition skills.
- A solid understanding of security frameworks and standards, including NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443.
- Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture.
- The ability to investigate technical issues and assess their potential impact.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language.
- A proactive, structured and collaborative working style.
