Experience:
5+ years of delivering IT projects end-to-end in production as a project manager, with a proven track record in AI-driven projects. As an AI Project Manager, you align client strategic objectives with technical execution, leading teams of AI engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions on time, on scope, and within budget. **YOUR IMPACT*
* Strategic Discovery & Stakeholder Management
- Discovery & Scoping: Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business needs and translate them into actionable, technical project roadmaps.
- Technical Translation: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Account Growth: Act as a trusted advisor to identify expansion opportunities and propose innovative AI use cases to senior client leadership. Project Delivery & Operational Excellence
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete project lifecycle
- from sprint planning and backlog prioritization to testing and final delivery.
- Governance & Budgeting: Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure profitability and delivery milestones are met.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all deployed solutions meet legal, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

* Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record in delivering AI-driven projects.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English. Working proficiency in Dutch or German is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, from our office in Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich. Technical & Methodological Expertise
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and modern cloud ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions is a strong advantage.
