Key Responsibilities
Functional & Solution Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions.
- Design and configure D365 Finance & Operations modules based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
- Support business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, technical teams, and vendors. Migration Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP migration initiatives from legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, AX, Infor, etc.) to D365 F&O.
- Define migration strategy, migration waves, cutover plans, and deployment approach.
- Perform data assessment, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities, and migration tools.
- Support mock migrations, testing cycles, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout migration programs. Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with integration teams for interfaces with third-party applications.
- Collaborate on APIs, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and middleware solutions.
- Support security roles, workflow configuration, and reporting requirements. Testing & Deployment
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills Microsoft D365 F&O Expertise Strong understanding of:
