Then this position is made for you As Team Supervisor Logistic (AM/PM), you will be the engine of our department: from receiving goods to loading finished products, you ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations, while developing your team and helping everyone perform at their best. Your

key responsibilities

- Supervise the preparation and loading of orders, samples, and returns to optimize carrier deadlines.
- Organize your team’s daily work based on skills and priorities.
- Anticipate staffing needs by proactively analyzing workload.
- Collaborate with the stock manager to ensure priorities and schedules are respected.
- Quickly resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure work quality, loading compliance, and proper product temperatures.
- Define and supervise internal transport activities.
- Participate in cold storage management to maintain optimal flow.
- Train, develop, and empower your team to strengthen their skills and professionalism.
- Onboard new employees and follow up on their individual development.
- Maintain smooth communication with other departments for perfect coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Be present on the floor, at key posts (docks, preparation areas…) to understand and support your team. ### Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role with a taste for action and initiative.
- Ability to analyze, decide, and prioritize quickly.
- Motivating and adaptable leadership, able to bring out the best in each team member.
- Excellent communication: attentive, clear, and assertive.
- Versatile, curious, and proactive to tackle every challenge.
- Perfect command of French (English and/or Dutch is a plus).
