About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to lead testing activities for payment applications supporting the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and the Global Payments Platform (GPP). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in payment systems, testing leadership and regulatory requirements, combined with the ability to coordinate testing teams and ensure effective test delivery. You will oversee the testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test strategy to planning, estimation, execution and closure. Working closely with development, business, Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, you will coordinate testing activities, monitor progress, manage reporting and communicate status updates to client stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering structured, high-quality testing outcomes for complex payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage testing teams with responsibility for planning, coordination and execution of testing activities.
• Oversee testing for applications related to SEPA payment systems and the Global Payments Platform (GPP).
• Apply knowledge of SEPA payment systems and their regulatory requirements.
• Work with GPPSP/GPPIP platforms and related payment processes.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to define appropriate test approaches.
• Prepare test plans, test estimates, test approaches and test closure documents.
• Develop test preparation and execution plans.
• Coordinate testing activities across development, business, BA and QA teams.
• Participate in stream-related status meetings with business stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain estimates, status trackers and daily progress reports.
• Produce weekly status reports for client stakeholders.
• Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, dependencies and delivery status.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and support effective decision-making throughout the testing lifecycle. Required Skills
• Test leadership and testing team management.

• Experience with GPPSP/GPPIP.

• Requirements analysis and test design.
