Product Owner for Mobile Police Applications

Mission Overview: Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for mobile police applications to join a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working closely with a team responsible for developing and supporting applications that facilitate local police work, such as FOCUS, which enables officers to perform various tasks from their mobile devices.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Understand the applications thoroughly from both business and functional perspectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for users.
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for the applications you oversee.
- Collaborate with the supplier-side Product Owner.
- Provide regular reporting to the Program Manager. As a Business Analyst, your tasks will include:
- Participating in business and functional analyses of new modules.
- Modeling ASIS and TOBE processes (BPMN).
- Gathering and analyzing business and functional needs.
- Coordinating impact analyses (legal, security, etc.).
- Collaborating with internal and external suppliers responsible for technical development.
- Communicating with various stakeholders and adapting your communication style accordingly.
- Bridging the gap between business and technical/security teams. Change Management: You will support end-users in utilizing the various tools available to them by:
- Participating in or conducting information/training sessions.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Communicating updates, changes, and issues through designated channels.
