Reference 26000HYK Responsibilities Mission: Join Société Générale Brussels and work alongside senior bankers covering some of Belgium's most prominent corporates, entrepreneurial groups and financial sponsors. Acting as a strategic partner to the Coverage team, you will gain first-hand exposure to financing transactions, client relationship management and corporate advisory topics while leveraging the full power of Société Générale's international network. This is a unique opportunity to develop a 360° understanding of corporate banking and build the foundations of a high-impact career in finance. Tasks and

responsibilities:

- Partner with Coverage Bankers who manage relationships with CEOs, CFOs and Treasurers of leading Belgian corporate and international clients
- Participate in live financing mandates and strategic projects alongside product specialists and senior coverage professionals
- Monitor portfolio profitability, business performance indicators and commercial activity, helping to drive data-informed decision making
- Contribute to discussions around sustainable finance and support clients in their transition towards more resilient and sustainable business models
- Prepare high-impact client presentations, commercial pitches, strategic reviews and briefing materials for senior management meetings
- Develop sector expertise and provide strategic insights through financial analysis, market intelligence and client research
- Participate in client onboarding processes and periodic portfolio reviews
- Enhance the quality of client data and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM and reporting tools
- Support transversal projects related to business development, sustainability, innovation and the bank's strategic priorities Required Profile required Studies &

experience:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Management
- Past experiences will be taken into account to assess the entry-level grade (analyst vs associate) Language

skills:

- Fluency in English & French is required
- Dutch would be a strong asset Technical, operational & Soft

skills:

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand financial, strategic and business situations
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to transform complex information into clear and impactful messages
- Demonstrated curiosity through academic achievements, extracurricular involvement, entrepreneurship, international exposure or personal initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders with professionalism and confidence
- Interest in corporate finance, capital markets, lending products and relationship management
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding business models and industries
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to take ownership and make things happen
