About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and act as a key link between stakeholders and delivery teams. You will help drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure solutions deliver real business value. ### Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with BPMN for business process modeling.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based environments.
- Experience creating UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and other functional/technical documentation.
- Ability to design UI mockups and collaborate with UX/UI teams.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda for workflow and process automation.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments. ### Nice to Have
- Knowledge of process automation and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
