- Coordinate daily activities between the client, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
- Follow up on planning, deadlines and site progress, taking proactive action to prevent delays.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and coordination issues and work actively towards practical solutions.
- Challenge and contribute to the piping and mechanical scope to improve technical quality and constructability.
- Maintain clear communication between engineering, project management and site execution.
- Monitor the safe, high-quality and compliant execution of works within a petrochemical environment.
- Follow up subcontractor performance and ensure agreed activities are executed as planned.
Your profile
- Higher Technical diploma in Electromechanics (BA/MA) or relevant experience
- Experience coordinating subcontractors or site activities within an industrial or petrochemical environment.
- Able to understand technical information and translate it into practical site execution.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems before they impact the project.
- Safety and quality oriented.
- Good command of English; Dutch is a strong plus.
