Key Responsibilities
- Define and plan work packages across different project stages together with the Project Manager.
- Set up and manage the ASIC test solution in collaboration with the test house.
- Coordinate the prototype-to-production volume ramp , including ASIC characterization and qualification activities.
- Support and organize volume production after the ramp-up phase.
- Develop cost and efficiency improvement initiatives, including yield improvement, multi-site testing, and alternative packaging solutions .
- Work closely with customers and test houses to optimize test strategies, costs, quality, and production readiness.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field .
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience , preferably in ASIC testing.
- Hands-on experience with ASIC qualification, including HTOL, HAST, Temperature Cycling (TC), ESD, Latch-Up (LU) , and related reliability tests.
- Experience working in project-based environments .
- Proactive, structured, and strongly customer-focused .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
