¢ Drive day-to-day follow-up of DTPS support model activities and action items â€
¢ Maintain execution trackers, action logs, risks, blockers, dependencies and deliverables â€
¢ Coordinate with ITSOs, SMEs, infrastructure teams and external partners â€
¢ Support operational readiness activities, including system records, support groups, KBAs and SRMs â€
¢ Collect evidence and keep documentation up to date â€
¢ Prepare status reports and provide visibility on progress, risks and priorities â€
¢ Follow up on overdue actions and escalate blockers when needed â€
¢ Support meetings by tracking actions, decisions and follow-up items Must Have Skills â€
¢ Experience in operational coordination, implementation support or IT operations â€
¢ Strong tracker, reporting and follow-up skills â€
¢ Experience working with documentation, KBAs, runbooks and governance records â€
¢ Good understanding of ITSM environments and service operations â€
¢ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms â€
¢ Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills â€
¢ Detail-oriented, proactive and execution-focused mindset â€
¢ Fluent in English Nice to Have â€
¢ Experience in pharmaceutical, scientific or regulated environments â€
¢ Knowledge of Service Request Models (SRMs) and support group management â€
¢ Experience working with IT service transitions and operational readiness activities â€
¢ Familiarity with MyWorkplace Long-term freelance assignment based in Eigenbrakel. Hybrid working model with 3/4 onsite days per week and flexibility for the remaining days.
