* As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium , we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit . In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management . Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Revolve Around Two Main Areas
- Business Development : Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving business growth and profitability. *Your responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting customer meetings, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

- Recruitment & Team Management : Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the development and follow-up of your consultants throughout their careers at SII. WHY JOIN US?

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, both written and spoken
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Business Manager within the IT sector
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
