Business Analyst – AI & Data
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to support business and technology initiatives involving
AI, data modelling, business processes, and requirements management
. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting quality and testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.
- Manage requirements and maintain full traceability.
- Participate in quality management and requirements reviews.
- Translate business requirements into clear test conditions.
- Support business process analysis and data modelling activities.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by project and development teams. Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
- Strong skills in requirements engineering and management.
- Knowledge of business process management, data concepts, and data modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of banking processes and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience with AI/Agentic AI is a plus.
- Knowledge of conceptual modelling techniques is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Work Arrangement
