Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives within set timelines and budgets. Your role will involve overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that necessary technical specifications, designs, and documentation are developed and implemented. Additionally, you will provide technical support, resolve technical issues, and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved. This position requires a proactive approach and hands-on mentality to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards 📋 Your responsibilities
- Follow capital projects using CPMP methodology with a focus on civil constructions
- Oversee construction of buildings, including civil structures and interior finishes
- Write specifications, compare bills of quantities, and select contractor firms
- Develop and manage project plans, including objectives, milestones, tasks, and resources
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve technical issues promptly 👤 What skills do you bring to the table?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a project engineer in the construction industry
- Technical knowledge of civil constructions and applications is essential
- Ability to interpret and verify construction plans in a site environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a construction setting
