- A strong software engineering background with experience leading engineers in a product environment.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using .
NET and React.
- Comfort balancing hands-on development with people leadership.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems.
- Clear, collaborative communication and sound technical judgement. Experience as:
- Engineering Manager, or
