WFS Belgium is looking for a Warehouse Agent
- Building 738 Purpose of the department The physical handling of the flow of goods and mail for import, export and transit, according to the requirements of the various customers and in accordance with the safety regulations and cargo guidelines. Carry out the physical handling of cargo and mail, both import and export and transit, according to the requirements of the various customers, in accordance with the safety regulations and cargo guidelines and according to the instructions of the Crew Chief or Supervisor. A) Imports Checking and preparing the "import freight" and "mail" with the aim of delivering these goods as quickly as possible to the external customers, in accordance with the needs and priorities communicated by the "Office" department. B) Export Checking and preparing the "export freight" and "mail" with the aim of having these goods ready for transport to the plane or cargo in the truck.
- Unloading and loading the cargo and mail in consultation with and according to the instructions of the Crew Chief and in accordance with the safety and cargo guidelines.
- Checking the cargo and mail and reporting any irregularities (damage, shortages, bad packaging, etc.) to the Crew Chief.
- Filling in the necessary documents regarding the location of the cargo and the mail.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and correct use of the equipment and for reporting defects in the equipment used.
- Reporting damage, defects and other problems to the Crew Chief or the operational responsible (Warehouse Manager or appointed replacement).
