Role description You will take responsibility for metrology and e-beam inspection activities supporting advanced patterning, bonding, and in-resist scumming investigations in a high-tech cleanroom environment. You will operate e-beam inspection and metrology systems for recipe development, data collection, and analysis. You will serve as the technical metrology point of contact between customers, integration teams, and process teams. You will also organize project documentation, maintain a central SharePoint, and present project results and progress during technical review meetings. This position is offered through an engineering consulting company. You will be employed by the consulting company and assigned to the client’s project. Visa: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. You must be authorized to work in the EU.

Salary:
€55-60k gross per year Work arrangement: on-site Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize metrology recipes for e-beam inspection applications.
- Operate e-beam inspection and metrology equipment and perform measurement runs in the cleanroom.
- Acquire, process, and analyze measurement and inspection data.
- Develop, document, and maintain Best-Known Methods for metrology and image analysis.
- Investigate measurement results and identify sources of variation, defects, or process-related issues.
- Coordinate metrology activities and technical requirements with customers, integration teams, and process engineers.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement results, and technical records in SharePoint.
- Prepare technical reports, summarize findings, and present results during project and technical review meetings.
- Support the continuous improvement of metrology methods, workflows, and data-analysis approaches. Main requirements
- Master degree
- 1+ years of experience with cleanroom or fab metrology.
- Experience with e-beam Defect Inspection metrology.
- Experience with data collection and analysis for metrology applications. Other requirements
- Advanced English. Nice to have, but not mandatory
- Hands-on experience with CD-SEM.
