Contract: 12 months + ext Start Date: ASAP Role Overview We are looking for an AI Offensive Testing Specialist to join the Offensive Security team, focusing on using LLMs and AI agents to support application security testing. The role is hands-on, covering SAST, DAST, penetration testing and red teaming, using AI tools to identify vulnerabilities, validate findings and improve security testing processes. You will also help turn AI-supported security testing from an R&D capability into an operational service.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform AI-assisted SAST, DAST, penetration testing and red-team activities.
- Use LLMs, AI agents and automation tools to support security analysis, vulnerability detection and testing.
- Validate security findings, assess exploitability, identify false positives and recommend remediation.
- Configure and improve AI prompts, testing workflows, tools and automation scripts.
- Work with developers and security teams to investigate vulnerabilities and retest fixes.
- Support integration of security testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing procedures and documentation. Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Application Security, Penetration Testing, Offensive Security, Security Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, web/API security testing, penetration testing or red teaming.
- Practical experience using LLMs or AI agents for coding, security analysis, automation or technical testing.
- Experience validating vulnerabilities, exploitability, attack paths and false positives.
- Coding or scripting skills, ideally Python, with experience using APIs and automation tools.
- Experience with cloud or containerised environments, version control and secure handling of sensitive data. Nice to Have
- Azure, containers and CI/CD security testing.
- Knowledge of OWASP, CWE, CVE, MITRE ATT&CK or MITRE ATLAS.
- Experience improving or implementing AI-driven security testing capabilities.
- Financial services experience.
