Alors lisez la suite En tant qu' employé(e) Customer Care , votre objectif principal est de fournir des conseils professionnels aux clients. Vos Tâches :
- Vous répondez aux questions des clients professionnels et particuliers, par téléphone et par e-mail, concernant des sujets administratifs tels que la facturation, les contrats, les visites de service et les numéros de bon de commande (PO).
- Vous traitez les demandes de prix arrivant par téléphone et e-mail et vous vous efforcez de proposer la solution adaptée au client.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Service et Admin afin de mieux comprendre les informations clients.
- Vous êtes la personne de contact pour les questions des clients internes (Sales & Service).
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi d'un ensemble varié de tâches administratives.
- Vous développez un réseau interne avec les autres départements supports (Finance, Backoffice) et restez en contact étroit avec eux afin d'aider le client de manière rapide et optimale.
- Vous serez basé(e) dans notre bureau de Wavre, avec des déplacements occasionnels à Schelle (une présence régulière à Schelle sera requise, particulièrement durant la phase de démarrage). - Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en Customer Service.
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et du français (oral et écrit).
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client et solutions.
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress et flexible.
- Vous savez détecter les besoins du client et proposer une solution adaptée.
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e) (multitasking) et travaillez avec précision.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et une vision globale (helicopter view) vous permettant d'apporter les bonnes solutions au client.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Google, Google Drive).
- Vous affichez un état d'esprit positif.
