Role Description As a Survey Engineer, you will support the preparation and execution of survey projects by coordinating equipment, logistics, and technical operations. Working closely with project and survey teams, you will help ensure equipment readiness, provide technical support, and contribute to efficient offshore and nearshore operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys teamwork and hands-on technical challenges. Based in Zwevegem, with occasional travel to project sites when required. Your

key responsibilities

- Project preparation on equipment level, based on input from Projects Management and Project Surveyors.
- Plan, order, organize & manage preparations (equipment, logistics, administration,…) to minimize downtime on projects.
- Be part of the technical vessel support in conjunction with survey support department.
- Technical support and/or interventions during execution phase of the projects in combination with mobilization engineers. Assist the mobilization engineer on practical things when needed
- Assist with survey equipment calibration, maintenance, repair, and inventory management.
- Report, give feedback and propose improvements to Workplace Manager/ Equipment and Logistics Manager. Qualifications
- Basic understanding of surveying principles and familiarity with survey instruments is a plus.
- Good computer skills
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites when required.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Working 5 days in the office in Zwevegem with exceptional travel to project location (BE)
