About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for a motivated SAP PM Functional Consultant to join a project with a key player in Europe's energy landscape. You will support and help develop SAP solutions for the commissioning and maintenance of electricity grid assets using SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. Working within an Agile/Scrum product team, you will contribute to maintaining existing solutions, implementing new requirements and improving integrations with surrounding systems. This role is ideal for a junior-to-medior consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and a technical mindset, interested in bridging the gap between functional consultancy and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions within the Assets ETB product.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical-oriented specifications.
- Advise Product Owners, Business Analysts and Functional Analysts on requirements and solution options.
- Collaborate with developers on technical analysis, debugging and root-cause investigation.
- Analyse data flows, interfaces and integration scenarios involving SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Contribute to the design and development of SAP Fiori applications on SAP BTP.
- Monitor workflows, application logs, interface errors and system health.
- Support testing, validation and handover of new functionalities.
- Document functional and technical solutions.
- Work closely with the product team in an Agile/Scrum environment to continuously improve the solution. Required Skills Mandatory Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Good knowledge of SAP PM standard functionality and customisation.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, SAP Fiori and SAP BTP.
- Technical understanding of ABAP, including the ability to read and investigate code.
- Familiarity with OData services, CDS views, APIs, interfaces and integration monitoring.
- Ability to analyse functional requirements and support developers with technical investigations.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a product team.
- Fluent English and a good command of at least one of Dutch, French or German. Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP MM.
- Exposure to SAP mobile or field service solutions, such as SAP Service and Asset Manager.
- Experience with Work Management, Asset Management or Notification Management.
- Familiarity with integration-heavy SAP environments and non-SAP applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Experience & Education
- 2–5 years of relevant SAP PM consulting experience.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- A technical or business-related educational background is beneficial. Location & Work Model
