Role description
You will take responsibility for hands-on deployment, commissioning, and on-site integration of humanoid robots in real-world customer environments. Your work will focus on feasibility studies, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of both the hardware and software of humanoid robots at client locations across Europe.
You will serve as a bridge between the newest humanoid robots and the operational realities of real enterprise customers. You will directly handle field testing, electromechanical troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, and physical validation while working closely with both internal engineering teams and external customer staff.
This position is in the early-stage startup environment. You should be ready for ambiguity, tight schedules, shifting priorities, rapid iteration, and taking responsibility for decisions that shape the final product-market fit.

Salary:
€45-60k gross per year Work arrangement: hybrid (frequent work travel) Work location : Brussels Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess customer sites for humanoid robot deployment.
- Install, configure, commission, and integrate humanoid robots at customer locations across Europe.
- Support integration of robotic systems with customer infrastructure, workflows, and operational processes.
- Execute field testing, functional validation, and performance optimization of robotic systems.
- Perform hands-on electromechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting during deployment and operation.
- Configure and troubleshoot WiFi and network connectivity in industrial environments.
- Use Python and Linux tools for basic diagnostics, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communication, and integration issues on-site.
- Work closely with internal robotics, software, and hardware engineering teams to resolve field issues and provide technical feedback.
- Collaborate directly with customer technical and operational teams during installation, commissioning, and validation.
- Document installation procedures, test results, technical issues, and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide on-site technical support and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment and commissioning processes.
- Travel frequently across Europe to customer sites, including warehouses, factories, and distribution centers. Main requirements
- 2+ years of experience with robotics or industrial automation equipment.
- Experience with WiFi and network configuration in industrial environments.
- Good electrical, electromechanical, or software troubleshooting skills.
- Basic Python skills.
- Basic Linux knowledge. Other requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in automation, electrical, electromechanical, or software.
- Valid driving license (category B).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
- Ability to lift robotic hardware and equipment up to 30kg.
- Comfortable working at clients’ sites (warehouses, factories, distribution centers).
- Fluent English. Nice to have, but not mandatory
- Experience with ROS2 or other robotic middleware controllers.
- Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 10218, EU Machinery Directive 2023/1230).
- Previous experience with wheeled or legged humanoids.
- Previous experience with mobile robots.
- Previous experience with warehouses, factories, or distribution centers. Benefits
