- Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Solving guest concerns quickly—and always with a smile
- Coaching team members with positive, constructive feedback
- Communicating openly with the management team
- Enforcing company standards and operating procedures
- Maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction
- Standing for an 8-hour shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Handling repetitive movement like standing, bending, and stooping 💪 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management
- A proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A great personality, genuine desire to serve guests, and an upbeat, engaging attitude
