- At least 10 years of experience in software development projects.
- At least 7 years of experience in requirements analysis using Use Case Specifications or User Stories, including a minimum of 5 years producing User Stories.
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial modelling, forecasting and performance tracking.
- At least 5 years of experience using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects in Agile environments, including Scrum and Lean Agile.
- Experience with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK. 🔹 Mandatory Certifications Candidates must hold: One Project Management certification:
- PM²
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2
- Or equivalent certification. One Agile certification:
- PM²-Agile
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
