- You are the finance sparring partner, challenging commercial teams on margins, pricing models, new business cases (Group & Local level)
- You take ownership of the financial planning of the sales performance and targets
- You ensure strong commercial data governance by maintaining clean, accurate and reliable sales data
- You support sales in quotation/tendering process and follow-up of sales conditions and agreements
- You are a strong relationship builder across departments to bridge the gap between finance and sales
- You initiate process improvements and harmonization of commercial controlling principles and processes in close collaboration with sales management This is where you recognize yourself: We are looking for an experienced professional with the following
qualifications:
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics or Finance
- You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in commercial controlling
- Experience in a production environment is a plus
- You have excellent collaboration and impactful communication skills
- You have proven analytical skills and understand market dynamics
- You have a can-do mentality, and you are result driven
- You are an advanced Excel user, you know BI tools, knowledge of SAP and AI tools is an asset
- You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English. French is a plus What’s in it for you?
