Key responsibilities
- Lead the national deployment and optimisation of the box network.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of project managers and administrative staff.
- Coordinate multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and accounts.
- Monitor project progress, quality, efficiency, budgets, and results.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including City Infrastructure, box Boutique, and Out-Of-Home onboarding.
- Report on programme progress, risks, and achievements. About you:
- Experience in project management within a multi-project environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Agile mindset and ability to manage changing priorities under pressure.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Driving licence B
- Experience with infrastructure or network projects and a technical background are strong assets.
