Business Analyst/Project Manager

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager who can build strong client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects. Your role As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you are the main point of contact for a portfolio of Endare clients. You build long-term relationships, understand their organization, and proactively think along about how technology can support their objectives. You guide projects from idea to delivery and translate what a client needs into a solution our developers can build. You speak the language of the business and understand enough of the technology to bridge the two.  You combine a customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills and feel comfortable acting as the bridge between business and technology. What you will do *Client relationships

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand their business, challenges and digital strategy, and show how technology can help
- Spot opportunities for new projects or extensions, together with our sales team *From need to solution

- Lead the analysis of client needs and translate them into a clear digital solution
- Run workshops with clients to uncover requirements, processes and edge cases
- Write functional and technical analyses that give our development team a solid starting point
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria that developers can pick up and build
- Work closely with developers and designers to challenge, refine and estimate solutions *Project follow-up

- Coordinate projects from kick-off to delivery, keeping scope, planning, budget and quality on track
- Keep clients and the project team aligned on expectations
- Organise meetings, demos and follow-ups, and adjust plans when needed Who we’re looking for
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, business or functional analysis, or a similar client-facing role
- You have experience with digital projects or software development
- You have a solid technical foundation: you understand how software is built and can hold your own in a conversation with developers. A technical degree is not required. What matters is that you’re comfortable with the technical side.
- You can turn a vague business question into a structured analysis and concrete user stories
- You think in processes, data and user flows, and you ask the right questions to get to the real need
- You are well organised and can manage several projects in parallel
- You are proactive and accountable, and you build trust quickly
- You are comfortable communicating with both business stakeholders and technical profiles.
