Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sustainability by addressing yield and test challenges
- Develop, implement, and validate improvements related to:
- Manufacturing processes
- Supplier performance
- Acceptance criteria
- Lead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and achieve zero customer returns
- Conduct failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust and scalable product solutions 🎯
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
- Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex technical ASIC products.
- Statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies, SPC, MSA
- Proficiency in programming (preferably Python and/or C++ )
- Ability to quickly grasp complex ASIC test specifications
- Problem-solving & risk-based decision-making
- Strong organization & communication (English)
