At RoboRana, we help organisations improve how work gets done through automation and AI. We’re looking for an Automation Engineer who can turn a process into a reliable solution and take it all the way into production. You bring experience across automation platforms and enjoy building solutions that colleagues can understand, maintain and extend. ##

What you'll do

- Develop and test automations with Blue Prism, UiPath and Power Automate, drawing on your experience in at least two of these platforms.
- Work with analysts and business users to understand the process, clarify exceptions and translate requirements into a practical technical design.
- Build reusable components with clear error handling, logging and configuration, so solutions remain manageable as processes change.
- Prepare releases, deploy to production and make sure each automation has the documentation and operational handover it needs.
- Monitor running automations, investigate incidents and fix the underlying causes to improve reliability.
- Extend existing solutions and connect them to other systems through APIs or user interfaces, depending on the application and process.
- Review work with colleagues, share useful patterns and help improve our development practices.
- Explore how orchestration and AI capabilities can add value to the automations we build for clients. ‍ ## Who you are
- Hands-on project experience with at least two of these three platforms: Blue Prism, UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, including Power Automate Desktop.
- Deep expertise in Blue Prism or UiPath, with the ability to develop, test, deploy and maintain automations independently.
- A sound understanding of queues, exception handling, credentials, scheduling and the day-to-day operation of automations.
- A structured approach to troubleshooting, testing and documentation, with attention to maintainability.
- Comfortable discussing requirements and technical choices with clients and colleagues. You communicate clearly in Dutch and English. ## Nice to have
- Experience with the third automation platform in our stack.
- Broader platform knowledge, such as UiPath Maestro, UiPath AIXP or Blue Prism WorkHQ.
- Experience with API integrations, source control or automated deployment, and relevant platform certifications. ## What we’ll offer
