We are looking for a
Production Manager
to lead the production workshops of an established industrial company designing and manufacturing modular solutions for the Data Center, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Nuclear sectors. Reporting to industrial management, you lead a production team spread across several mechanical and electrical workshops. This role suits a hands-on manager who wants to combine operational leadership with team development in a demanding industrial environment.
Your responsibilities
- Organise, plan and supervise mechanical and electrical production activities, ensuring deadlines and client commitments are met.
- Monitor quality, safety, cost and delivery KPIs, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Lead a production team structured across several workshops, supervised by around ten Team Leaders.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, HSE requirements and client standards; oversee non-conformity management.
- Optimise workshop organisation, manufacturing flows and the allocation of human and material resources.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, standardising best practices across workshops.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics or an equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing mechanical and/or electrical industrial production, excluding site or project management.
- Proven experience managing large teams (minimum 80 employees) in a multicultural industrial environment.
- Strong command of production planning tools, KPIs and Excel; comfortable using AI tools in an industrial context.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Experience in piping or modular construction is a major asset.
