Professional and well-groomed appearanceWarm welcome and handling of guest requests with team supportAnticipating guest needs and providing attentive serviceProfessional handling of calls and messagesClose collaboration with other departments (Banqueting, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, etc.)Administrative support to the Groups & Events SupervisorsInput of groups and rooming lists in the reservation systemAllocation of loyalty points for groups and eventsPreparation of event signage (door cards, buffet labels, menus, etc.)Occasional support to banquet operationsExperience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
