Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) part-time, fixed-term contract to cover parental leave

Your tasks
- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel matters within a defined area of the company
- Independent global recruitment of specialists and managers
- Contributing to the optimal design and professional implementation of HR processes relating to the employee lifecycle
- Working closely with all interfaces of global Human Resources (including personnel administration, payroll) and other internal departments
- Supporting the implementation of corporate strategies to improve employee and company performance
- Independently taking on HR projects and participating in larger cross-functional projects
Your profile
- University degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of labor law
- Proficient and experienced use of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with a personnel information system
- Very good communication skills in French and English and interest in working in an international environment
