- Manage projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the project plan along with associated plans (resources, risks, communication, quality).
- Monitor project progress and coordinate necessary actions for successful execution.
- Ensure project alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize user and business requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with sponsors, clients, and technical teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
- Support decision-making processes and track agreed actions.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external resources assigned to the project.
- Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Implement action plans to mitigate project impacts.
- Manage change requests and assess their impacts on costs, timelines, and scope.
- Participate in defining needs for external services.
- Oversee operational follow-up of suppliers and consultants.
- Control the quality of deliverables and validate completed services.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
- Track key project indicators (schedule, budget, quality, risks, benefits).
- Prepare reports for sponsors and management.
- Monitor budget and propose necessary adjustments.
- Ensure project documentation is updated and decisions are traceable.
- Apply project management methodologies and processes in use at Keystone Solutions.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices.
