Your role
- Collaborate with the R&D team to review new designs and assess manufacturability.
- Advise on technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and opportunities for standardization.
- Define the most effective production strategy for new components.
- Develop and optimize CAM programs using ESPRIT software.
- Identify potential production risks, bottlenecks, and machining challenges before parts enter production.
- Continuously improve machining strategies, tooling, processes, and workflows.
- Contribute to automation, digitalization, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
- Support innovation projects aimed at increasing efficiency, flexibility, and productivity.
- Help shape the future of manufacturing by contributing to concepts such as autonomous production and the “dark factory” of tomorrow.
Your profile
- You own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field or you have experience in machining, CAM Programming, CNC manufacturing or production engineering
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of ESPRIT or other CAM software is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
- Professional proficiency in Dutch is required, knowledge of French and English is considered a strong asset
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with strong technical insight. Our offer
