- Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
- Analyse existing workflows and design improved business processes.
- Define detailed product requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects and technical specialists.
- Translate business requirements into test conditions and expected results.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support impact and coverage analysis.
- Review solution designs, prototypes and requirements deliverables to ensure quality.
- Coordinate and manage business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. What you bring
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
- Practical experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management.
- Good understanding of IT environments and software testing.
- Good understanding of business workflows and process analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
- A structured, independent and quality-oriented working approach.
