3071 KORTENBERG, BELGIUM LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, DUTCH, FRENCH WORK MODE: 100% (FULL TIME&ONSITE)) CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP – 31/12/2026+WITH POSSIBLE OF EXTENSION
JOB DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a Technical Trainer within Client Academy, you play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training for our dealer network and internal teams.
- The knowledge you transfer directly contributes to the correct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles, in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- You operate in a fast-evolving automotive environment (electrification, digitalisation, new technologies) and continuously adapt training content and methods accordingly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING DELIVERY:
- Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning)
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff
- Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert) CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
- Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes
- Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity, etc.)
- Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards
- Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:
- Prepare training environments (vehicles, tools, components)
- Manage training materials and equipment when needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts) QUALITY & COMPLIANCE:
- Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance (ISO, audit context)
- Support the Academy in achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence PROFILE: TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive technology
- Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment)
- Experience as a trainer is a strong asset TRAINING & COMMUNICATION
SKILLS:
- Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences MINDSET & COMPETENCIES:
- Passion for training and knowledge sharing
- Strong adaptability in a fast-changing technical environment
