Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll calculations and follow-up through to salary payment.
- Prepare and monitor statutory declarations, including social security contributions and withholding tax.
- Execute payroll controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Support legal and internal changes in SAP HR, including testing, validation, and feedback.
- Coordinate with technical analysts on HR system and payroll process adaptations.
- Collaborate with HR Service Center colleagues, specialist HR teams, and HR Business.
- Manage operational priorities, escalate process issues, and maintain service quality. Must-have
requirements:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in payroll.
- Knowledge and practical experience of SAP HR.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with HR systems and case management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent Dutch, French, and English, spoken and written.
