key responsibilities
will include:
- Review the set-up of the operations department (front office / back-office / claims)
- Review of existing processes and increase efficiency
- Improvement of the overall service proposal
- Definition & implementation of KPI's
- Manage the change process (transition) towards a more client centric organisation The key qualifications required for this interim management job: Profile of the the ideal candidate :
- Change manager in a service company, ideally in the financial services sector (banking/insurance)
- Knowhow & experience in the development of client oriented processes
- People management
- Strategic & tactical insights
- Experience with definition & implementation of KPI's
- Stakeholder management
- Strong personal & communication skills
- Can-do attitude
