Night Receptionist

🌙 We’re hiring a Night Receptionist in Brussels At Le Berger & Jardin Secret, our Latroupe hotels in Ixelles , we’re looking for someone proactive and independent who enjoys taking care of our guests, even while the city sleeps. Requirements
- Previous hotel reception experience, ideally on night shifts.
- A good command of French and English.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work nights, including weekends and public holidays. Your responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals, departures and requests.
- Handle reservations, enquiries and payments.
- Complete overnight checks and closing procedures.
- Monitor entrances and common areas and prepare the morning handover.
