What You'll Do
✅ Support the planning and delivery of a clinical IT system implementation ✅ Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking ✅ Coordinate activities across business, technology, quality, training, testing, and vendor teams ✅ Prepare project status updates, governance materials, meeting minutes, and action trackers ✅ Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) ✅ Support user acceptance testing, training readiness, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare ✅ Ensure project documentation is maintained in line with quality and compliance requirements ✅ Work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to keep delivery on track What We're Looking For ✔ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Clinical Research, Engineering, Business, or a related field ✔ Previous exposure to project management, project coordination, or implementation activities ✔ Strong organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail ✔ Experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planisware, or similar ✔ Interest in clinical systems, digital transformation, or regulated environments ✔ Knowledge of GxP, computer system validation, data privacy, cybersecurity, or clinical operations would be advantageous but is not essential Why Apply? 🌍 Work on a global implementation programme 📈 Gain exposure to clinical technology and digital transformation 🤝 Collaborate with experienced project leaders and cross-functional teams 🚀 Develop your project management skills within a growing and highly visible environment 📚 Learn from industry experts while building experience in regulated IT implementations If you're organised, proactive, and excited about technology-enabled change, we'd love to hear from you.
