Brussels (Hybrid) 💼 Employment Type: Freelance / Permanent 🗣 Languages: Native Dutch or French (C2) + English (B2) NextChain Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a large enterprise project developing and maintaining business-critical applications in an Agile environment. 🔹
What You'll Do
- Develop new application features
- Analyse and resolve software defects
- Write automated tests (TDD)
- Update technical documentation
- Deliver new software releases
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure development complies with CENELEC EN 50128 standards and established development guidelines 🔹 Technical Requirements
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- Java 17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Hibernate ORM
- Angular 18+, PrimeNG, NX Workspace
- Maven, Gradle, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory
- Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL
- REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka and/or MQ
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hexagonal Architecture and Object-Oriented Design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience collaborating with Figma is an advantage ✅ We're Looking For
- Native Dutch or French speaker (mandatory)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative
- Able to quickly integrate into an Agile team and work in a complex business environment 📩 Interested?
