Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive performance through KPI management, process optimization, and cost control
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery and customer experience
- Lead, inspire, and develop multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Business Units
- Lead transformation projects involving automation, digitalization, and operational improvement
- Build organizational capabilities and strengthen succession planning across the region
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your Profile
You combine strategic vision with a strong operational mindset and are comfortable navigating both business and people challenges. We are looking for:
- Master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles
- Strong background within medical assistance and insurance operations
- Demonstrated success in transformation, process improvement, and organizational change
- Experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple locations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
- Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are considered an asset
