Wavre Walloon Region, WAL, Belgique NEOFLEET Temps plein
ABOUT NEOFLEET NEOFLEET is a Belgian B2B SaaS company helping organizations manage their electric fleets, charging infrastructure and mobility policies through one centralized platform. Founded in 2024, NEOFLEET already supports 34 customers and has reached approximately €210k in annual recurring revenue. We are currently a hands-on team of six people. After validating our product and gaining initial traction, we are looking for a senior commercial builder who can turn this foundation into a repeatable growth engine. This is not a traditional management position. You will not inherit an existing sales team. You will initially sell directly, shape our go-to-market strategy and build the commercial foundations required to scale NEOFLEET in Belgium and, over time, internationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role goes beyond executing sales; it requires architecting our global sales strategy and laying the structural foundation for our future commercial growth. *

Key responsibilities
*
- Strategy development : Build and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategy that aligns with market opportunities and our company's vision. You will act as the primary driver of our commercial growth.
- Lead generation & sales: Proactively identify new clients and manage the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity to closing, in close collaboration with the technical team.
- Market expansion: Drive our commercial expansion into the Belgian market.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside the technical teams to ensure our sales and product development strategies remain strictly aligned with market evolution. In other words, bring structured market feedback into the product roadmap.
- Process building: Design and implement the processes, best practices, and tools required to build a robust and predictable opportunity pipeline. *What success looks like*
- First six months : you take ownership of the pipeline, close new customers, and validate the most promising commercial priorities.
- Twelve months NEOFLEET has a clearer, repeatable go-to-market model, supported by a structured sales process, reliable KPIs, and a documented playbook.
- Eighteen months: Y ou've demonstrated which channels and customer segments can be scaled and, if successful, prepared the recruitment and onboarding of the first commercial team members. Your performance will therefore be measured through both:
- The revenue you generate directly
- The quality and scalability of the commercial system you build WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Language proficiency : Fluency in Dutch and French is strictly required to effectively engage with our client base and penetrate the Belgian market. Professional proficiency in English is an asset.
- Intrapreneurship : We are seeking a proactive individual capable of working independently, comfortable building a department from the ground up.
- Data-driven : You understand how to use CRM data, KPIs and forecasting to drive decisions.
- Proven

experience:
A strong track record of success in business development (10+ years), preferably within the mobility/automotive sector or B2B SaaS.
- Communication & transparency : Ability to work closely with the founding team, openly sharing pipeline updates, strategic decisions, and operational uncertainties. We value relevant building experience more than a specific number of years in a conventional sales management position.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Attractive compensation : up to €150k OTE. We are open to both employee and freelance contracts.
- Equity opportunities : after 18 months. We want you to operate and be rewarded as a late co founder.
- A hands-on, strategic role : with a clear path towards building and leading the future sales organization.
- A flat-structured environment : where your decisions have immediate impact, working directly alongside the founders with the opportunity to influence both the business model and product roadmap. INTERVIEW PROCESS A straightforward process designed to respect your time: 1. Introductory call with the founders : An initial conversation to explore mutual cultural fit, discuss the company's ambitions and align on expectations for the role. This is a two-way discussion: you evaluate us as much as we evaluate you. 2. In-depth experience interview: A structured discussion with the founders to explore the candidate's track record, commercial achievements, and sales experience. 3. Sales assessment and debrief: Conducted with a specialized external partner to evaluate the candidate's sales judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to build a go-to-market approach. 4. Final meeting & offer: A final discussion with the founders to align on the role's objectives, success criteria, compensation package, and preferred collaboration model, followed by a formal offer.
