Manufacturing Lean Coordinator – Heavy Industry – Charleroi Shape the Future of Industrial Performance Our partnet is a well-established player in the heavy industrial sector, currently strengthening its manufacturing organisation and preparing for major industrial transformation projects. They are looking for a Manufacturing Lean Coordinator who will initially support production planning and operational coordination, before progressively taking a stronger lead on Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and industrial performance . Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate production planning, priorities and workflows across different manufacturing areas while anticipating bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Improve and standardise planning, ERP and performance management tools to increase reliability, visibility and efficiency.
- Analyse industrial KPIs, identify root causes and lead structured improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, DMAIC and PDCA .
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve flows, reduce waste, optimise lead times and support change on the shop floor.
- Contribute to future industrial projects by integrating Lean principles into production layouts, capacity, material flows and operational processes.

Your Profile

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or equivalent technical background.
- At least 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Industrial Performance within a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of production planning, ERP systems, industrial KPIs and Lean methodologies.
- Hands-on, analytical and structured, with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in heavy industry or exposure to machining, welding, assembly or painting is a strong asset. What’s in it for you?
